    Shipping Information

    Signature candle and wax melt orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days. Bespoke candle orders will typically ship 7 to 10 business days after you’ve placed the order because they are made-to-order and require a curing process. Express shipping, if needed, is an option at check out. However, this will not necessarily speed up production time, only the shipping time. If you need something quicker please send us a message using our Contact Us page and we will do our best to accommodate.

    Returns Information

    We offer the BTC Guarantee, which is a 30-day return option that starts once your order is received. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us so we can work with you to fix it.

    Make an evening with friends by reserving the entire studio for your event! This is a great option for hosting a private event like bridal parties, friend groups, family outings, holiday gatherings, etc. AND you get a group per-person discount! Additionally, you're welcome to provide your own catering and beverages to make your event perfect.

    For candle-making, the following is included:

    • Choice of 7oz. single-wick candle vessel and lid
    • All materials needed for the experience
    • One of our expert chandlers and fragrance guides
    • A refreshment to enjoy during your fragrance session

    Members of your party will have the opportunity in-studio to upgrade to a 14oz. double-wick or even a stunning vintage vessel of choice for an additional cost.

    For perfume-making, the following is included:

    • A gorgeous refillable glass perfume bottle
    • All materials needed for the experience
    • One of our expert fragrance guides
    • A refreshment to enjoy during your fragrance session
