Shipping Information
Signature candle and wax melt orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days. Bespoke candle orders will typically ship 7 to 10 business days after you’ve placed the order because they are made-to-order and require a curing process. Express shipping, if needed, is an option at check out. However, this will not necessarily speed up production time, only the shipping time. If you need something quicker please send us a message using our Contact Us page and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns Information
We offer the BTC Guarantee, which is a 30-day return option that starts once your order is received. If there is a problem with your order please reach out to us so we can work with you to fix it.
Product Details
Make an event out of making your very own perfume, body spray or cologne in our fragrance studio. The perfume session is perfect for bachelorette or bachelor parties, anniversaries, or birthdays - any event where a unique memory in time and fragrance can be appreciated. The fragrance blend is recorded and stored in The Vault, where it will be kept safe until you're ready for a refill.
This reservation is priced per person. It includes the following:

- All materials needed for the experience
- One-on-one guidance with The Chandler
- Light refreshments to enjoy during your fragrance session
